At MEA, we believe that every act of service is an opportunity to share the transformative message of Jesus Christ.
Our mission is rooted in evangelism, and we ensure that every person who receives our help also hears the good news of salvation.
We currently provide vital services, including medical assistance, food distribution for those facing food insecurity, and various construction projects. Looking ahead, we are excited to expand our initiatives to address other needs such as clothing, shelter, job training, and immigration assistance.
Join us in our mission to bring hope, healing, and the love of Christ to those who need it most. Together, we can make a meaningful impact in the lives of many.
Our Story: A Calling from Haiti
The story of Mission Evangelique en Actions began in Haiti in 2010, when four men with one heart and one purpose decided to join forces to answer God’s call: to serve and help others.
Moved by the words of Matthew 5:16 —
"Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven,"
these men understood that faith is not just words, but action.
They began by visiting poor neighborhoods, helping children at risk, sharing food, clothing, and above all, the love of Christ. What started as a simple mission among friends became a true movement of hope.
Years later, this flame reached Santiago, where the need was great, but the desire to serve was even greater. This is how Mission Évangélique en Actions officially began in Santiago — a living extension of that first step of faith taken in Haiti.
Today, we continue to be guided by the light of Matthew 5:16, reaching out to the most vulnerable children and building a great family of love, faith, and solidarity.
If you too feel this calling, we welcome you with all our heart.
I my name is Robuste Julbin i,m the president of M.E.A
I have always believed in a systematic evangelism that is exactly as I read in the Bible. The disciples put everything they had together to live, today I do not see the church living together as it is preached. That is why one day I sat down with some colleagues to come and restore the primitive church, to live with each other. That is how the MEA movement appeared with the goal of not only speaking the gospel but to live it.
Hello! My name is Gloirgens Jean, and I am a passionate individual dedicated to serving Christ and my community in Haiti.
I am married and a proud father to my son. Professionally, I am an accountant, but my true calling lies in theology and ministry. I am the founder and pastor of Calvary Church in Anse-à-Veau, Haiti.
My heart beats for the mission of Christ. I have had the privilege of serving as a missions pastor for five years, a role that deeply resonates with my belief in the practical application of the Gospel. As Matthew 5:16 states, "Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven." I firmly believe that ministering to others through action is the most effective way to share God's love.
In 2020, I connected with Julbin Robuste, the president of MEA. He shared a vision that immediately ignited my spirit: to create a platform where we could reach the world for Jesus Christ, not just with words, but through tangible actions. Sharing this same passion, I immediately joined his endeavor, and the journey since then has been nothing short of remarkable. The rest, as they say, is history.
Hello my name is Sarah Hagwood. I live in Meridian, Mississippi, USA and am a wife to a wonderful husband of 10 years. We have 4 beautiful children.
I came to join MEA in 2024 when I was approached by the president and vice president about how the Lord had laid on their hearts to create an organization to serve and evangelize in actionable ways. God spoke to me about this opportunity to make a difference in the improverished areas of Haiti and the Dominican Republic. I've previously visited Haiti on 7 occasions for short term missions. However, I have been unable to return in recent years due to the instability within the country. Working with MEA provides me with an opportunity to still serve the Lord in this area with trusted pastors on the ground. With my education in medical care, social services, government operations, accounting, and technology, I am honored to be able to utilize these talents to serve as the Director of Operations with MEA.
I’m Julie Billy, based in Montreal, Canada. I joined MEA in June 2024, drawn by its unique mission that blends social care with spiritual values. With a background in helping relationships, I believe deeply in the power of giving and community. Inspired by Luke 6:38 — “Give, and it will be given to you” — I’m proud to be part of a team working together to make a meaningful impact. With God, all things are possible

Hello, my name is Eloi Joselito. I live in the Dominican Republic with my family.
My story begins with the foundation of 2 Corinthians 5:18 — God gave me this mission: to reconcile man with Him.
That is why the disciples shared everything they had, so they could better fulfill the task Christ had entrusted to them.
Because it is through our actions that we will see results.
MEA, Evangelical Mission in Action, seeks to carry out the same work that the early church used to do.
